Silky Chai Apple Cake

With the holidays around the corner, we want to share another deliciously-festive recipe that will leave your home smelling divine!


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp Silky Chai (finely ground)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 medium apples


In a large bowl, mix eggs and sugar. Add flour, baking powder and the finely ground Silky Chai. Make sure to mix the batter carefully with the folding method.

Peel and slice the apples thinly. Make 3 layers of apples in a baking pan (make sure to use parchment paper for this!), add the batter and finish it off with a layer of apples on top of the batter. Lastly, sprinkle the top with sugar. 

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy! (Highly recommend to try this cake with vanilla ice cream, yuuuum!)
