Silky Chai Icing Glaze

Candied blood orange apple cake with Silky Chai icing glaze
  • 3 tbsp Silky Chai + boiled water
  • 1 cup powdered (confectioners) sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Steep Silky Chai blend with boiled water for 3-5 minutes. 

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and about 4-5 tbsp of steeped tea (note: add one tbsp at a time). Mix well and immediately drizzle the icing glaze over cake, cookies, cinnamon buns or any pastries of your choice!
