Ingredients for Crust:
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Dash of salt
Ingredients for Cheesecake:
- 8 ounce Cream Cheese
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- ½ cup Silky Chai (steep with boiled water for 10 minutes)
- 1 tbsp Silky Chai (finely ground)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 10 thin Oreos (without the cream)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar and salt in a large bowl and mix. Press the mixture into the bottom of the muffin pan and bake for 10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until smooth. Add vanilla, egg, cinnamon, finely ground Silky Chai blend and ¼ cup of steeped Silky Chai tea. Mix on low speed.
In a separate bowl, mix Oreos and the rest of the steeped Silky Chai until smooth; let it chill in the fridge.
Pour the cheesecake filling over crust and bake it for 20 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes and add the chai oreos frosting on top.
