Chai Chocolate Fondant

We challenged a friend to bake muffins using our own chai blend and this was the result. It was delicious and smells amazing!! 

What you need:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • dash of baking powder
  • dash of coconut or brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate
  • 3 tbsp of our silky chai blend 

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400f. Mix dry ingredients with eggs. Melt both butter and chocolate. Combine all ingredients together and bake for 12 mins. Note: take the fondant right away, make sure you don't leave them in the oven too long or it will muffin up!
